1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging in coaching services with Nkechi Dickson, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Nkechi Dickson offers biblical life coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship designed to help clients achieve personal and spiritual goals. Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. The coach provides guidance, accountability, and scriptural insight — but the client retains full responsibility for outcomes in their life.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment terms are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. Session packages may be refunded pro-rata for unused sessions with written notice, subject to your specific agreement terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.
6. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential. Exceptions include situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or where disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including written materials, worksheets, and resources — is the intellectual property of Nkechi Dickson and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nkechi Dickson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services or this website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
